What ResidentPrints does

Residents in apartment communities still need to print, scan, and copy — leases, tax forms, school paperwork, boarding passes, return labels — but few own a printer, and the consumer printer in a typical clubhouse is unmanaged, unstocked, and usually broken. ResidentPrints replaces that with a fully operated amenity: we handle installation, paper, toner, preventive maintenance, and repairs under one flat monthly fee paid by the property.

Every resident gets a personal PIN and a monthly print, scan, and copy quota set by the property. Residents upload documents from any device and release them at the station by entering their PIN, so sensitive paperwork is never left sitting in an output tray. Residents reach ResidentPrints support directly through live chat, which means printer questions never land on leasing or maintenance staff.

ResidentPrints works with apartment operators, property management companies, condo and HOA boards, and specialized communities — student housing, senior living, coliving, corporate housing, build-to-rent, and mixed-use developments — across cities in the United States. Property teams manage residents, quotas, and activity from a web dashboard; onboarding an entire rent roll takes minutes with CSV import.

How the business works

Properties pay a flat monthly amenity fee sized to their unit count. That fee includes the hardware, supplies, monitoring, maintenance, and resident support — there are no per-page charges to the property and no surprise service costs. Supply levels and device status are monitored remotely, so paper and toner are restocked before they run out and most issues are fixed before a resident reports them.
